A Scribe That Knows
Your Specialty

Tap once to record. Scribe turns the visit into a structured note for your note type and specialty, writes the medical decision making, and suggests ICD-10 codes, with the reasoning shown, for you to confirm. Then copy it into any EHR.

Ayah Scribe, Writing the NoteIllustrative Example

Animated illustration. A clinician presses Record and talks with a patient about a sore throat. Scribe transcribes the conversation, writes the note with a history of present illness, assessment and plan, and marks the ICD-10 code as a suggestion to confirm.

Codes stay suggestions until the clinician confirms them.

Podiatry, Down to the Nail Count

Shaped by a podiatrist who uses Scribe daily in clinic: a foot exam with laterality, 14 office procedures written from what you say, starter exam macros such as Diabetic Foot Exam, and related diagnoses like equinus with plantar fasciitis, added only when limited dorsiflexion is documented.

Every Specialty, Built the Same Way

Podiatry is our deepest build so far. Emergency, hospital and primary care notes already have their own presets, and each new specialty gets the same attention to its exam, procedures and coding as practices in that specialty join.

  • Emergency Medicine

ED notes with MDM, 18 emergency procedures and discharge summaries.

    In Daily Use
  • Hospital Medicine

H&P, progress, consult and discharge summary notes, with 10 bedside procedures.

    In Daily Use
  • Podiatry

Foot exam, 14 office procedures and related diagnoses. See the example above.

    In Daily Use
  • Primary Care

Clinic and telehealth notes with MDM, and combination codes such as diabetes with kidney disease, added only when documented.

    Available
  • Your Specialty

Every specialty documents differently. We sit down with clinicians who practice it to build the exam, the procedures, the note sections and the coding helpers it needs, then refine them with you in real visits. Podiatry was built this way, with a practicing podiatrist, and every specialty gets the same care.

    Ask About Your Specialty

Capture the Visit

  • Quick Start One tap starts recording. Scribe fills in the patient’s name, age and chief complaint from the visit for you to review.
  • Dictate Update Add a reassessment, change a plan or insert a phrase by voice. The note updates in place, with every version kept.
  • English and Spanish Visits A Spanish or mixed conversation becomes an English note, marked as an AI translation.
  • On Every Device Install Ayah Scribe and Ayah Dashboard as apps on your Mac, PC, iPhone, iPad or Android, and sign in with a passkey. In a clinic, Record Visit works from the dashboard too.
  • One Sign-In, Every Workspace Work at more than one clinic, or run your own practice too? Open every workspace from one Home with a single Ayah Account.

Write the Note

  • Eight Note Types ED Note, H&P, Progress Note, Consult Note, Discharge Summary, Procedure Note, Clinic Note and Telehealth Visit Note.
  • Specialty Presets Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Primary Care and Podiatry, each with its own sections, exam and defaults.
  • Procedures by Specialty 18 emergency, 10 hospital and 14 podiatry procedures, written from what you say, with missing details flagged.
  • Smartphrases and Exam Macros Short codes for your own text, and macros that fill several exam systems at once.
  • Written Like a Clinician Lay words become medical terms: “a CT of your belly” is documented as CT abdomen/pelvis. The HPI is a focused narrative, with a Detailed option when you want more.

Coding Suggestions

  • MDM Written for You As its own section, built into the Assessment and Plan, or turned off.
  • The Reasoning Shown When Scribe adds a related diagnosis on its own, the card quotes the finding in your note that supports it, and the code stays unreviewed until you accept it.
  • ICD-10 That Fits the Picture Related diagnoses and combination codes are added only when the finding is documented, and highlighted for review.
  • Specificity Prompts When a note lacks a detail a code needs, such as the CKD stage or the type of heart failure, Scribe asks for it instead of guessing.

Finish and Copy

  • Copy Note Copy the whole note or one section as plain text, ready to paste into any EHR.
  • Note Style Each clinician chooses sections, MDM and Assessment and Plan layout, and normal exam wording.
  • Inside the Chart or on Its Own Use Scribe in your clinic’s charts, with multiple providers and a My Patients view, or on its own as Scribe Solo.
  • Review Built In Added codes and auto-filled exam lines stay highlighted until you review them.

Suggestions, never automatic. Every ICD-10 code is a suggestion the clinician reviews and confirms before it counts.
