Every plan includes unlimited staff and admin accounts with individual logins. Clinical care, clinician services, and patient visits are billed separately and are not included in these software prices. Scribe Solo is open for self-serve signup; the Intake plans start with a demo.

Two clinicians use standard per clinician pricing. For 3-9 clinicians, save 10%; for 10-24, save 15%. Ask for a custom quote at 25 or more. Annual billing saves 10% after a pilot. Discounts do not stack; the largest eligible discount applies.
Optional monthly top-ups: $25 per 100 completed intakes, or $20 per 1,000 scribe minutes. We agree on added capacity before billing, with no unexpected overage charges.

Copy the whole note or one section as plain text and paste it into the EHR you already use. Automatic EHR integration is not included in the plans; integration needs are scoped with Enterprise practices.
Yes. A Business Associate Agreement is available for every practice.
Audio is never stored. Each part of the visit is transcribed as it’s recorded, and the transcript is deleted when the note is completed, or after 30 days without activity.

The intake chat runs in 12 languages and your team reads it in English. Scribe handles English and Spanish visits and writes the note in English, marked as an AI translation.
No. Every ICD-10 code is a suggestion the clinician reviews and confirms, and a related diagnosis that Scribe adds stays marked as unreviewed until you accept it.
